Aggregate Recovery Series

The Aggregate Recovery Series uses a conventional weir or filter media system to dewater the portland cement, offering an affordable ready mix aggregate recovery in succession with settling ponds. Available to all plant sizes, the Aggregate Recovery Series’ simplicity in design and operation gives clients:

MODEL 1500

• Shaftless design eliminates lower bearing
• Low maintenance with replaceable u-trough liners
• Delivers an even flow of aggregate

Process & Highlights

Standard Truck Hopper Intake

• 4’ wide intake hopper for one truck discharge at a time
• Driver will press a start button to initiate the process of equipment
• Control system with a relay logic panel compatible with 3 phase 208-575v

Weir Settling System

• Removes gray water from the water chamber and travels into a weir settling system

14” U-Trough Shaftless Screw

• 12-15 yd/hr
• Easy to maintain replaceable AR 400 wear liners
• 10hp direct drive speed reducer to deliver clean sand and stone 
• Built with 1” hardened flighting
• No tail bearings or bushings

Aggregate Recovery

• Spray nozzles create a final rinse for cleaner aggregate
• Can add an optional vibrating screen deck

• Multiple truck discharge allowing more drivers to empty simultaneously
