How Does it Work?

It's Simple.

Enviro-Port saves you TIME, MONEY, & ELIMINATES YOUR WASTE.

Aggregate Recovery

1. Returned ready mix is poured directly into the intake hopper. Sand and stone is carried out the screw conveyor while gray water flows to a weir settling system (shown in diagram, step 3).
2. Clean sand and stone is transported above gray water level where it is given a final rinse and stockpiled for reuse (separation can be performed with an optional screen deck).

Complete Recovery

1. Returned ready mix is poured directly into the intake hopper. Sand and stone is carried out the screw conveyor while gray water is kept in suspension inside the agitation tank.
2. Clean sand and stone is transported above gray water level where it is given a final rinse and stockpiled for reuse (separation can be performed with an optional screen deck).
3. Gray water is pumped back to the batch plant for reuse in controlled amounts, with known specific gravities and temperature.
4. A stormwater and process water capture basin can be added to your plant. This water can be automatically pumped into your Enviro-Port system for reuse in batching. The Enviro-Port system
can utilize this water instead of creating more waste.
